  1. Our return policy

    According to the US legislation, the ‘Mighty Wings’ store is obliged to repair, replace, or provide a refund in case the purchased items are faulty or do not look or work as advertised.

    You also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 working days for any reason and with no justification.

  2. Bank transfer

    If you checked out with the Bank Transfer as a payment option, it may take a while for your order to be processed. It should not take more than 1 working day.

  3. EU Delivery

    The ‘Mighty Wings’ store guarantees that delivery time frames are accurate. We make sure that the delivery date will not be adversely affected by any third-party delivery services. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Mighty Wings liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time period. 

    Besides the US, we ship orders overseas, including the EU countires.

    The delivery time frame depends on the location the order must be shipped to. However, the delivery period does not exceed 30 working days (according to the European legislation).

  4. How fequently can I add or remove products from cart after I have placed the order
    The products can be removed only within 24hrs from the time the order is placed and if you don't remove the undesired product it will still be delivered and your money won't be refunded.

  5. Warrant item conditions

    We provide up to 24 months’ warranty on our products.

    The warranty period starts from the invoice date. The period includes the shipping and return shipping time as well as the repair duration. The duration for such inspection and repair of a product can take up to 4 weeks.

  7. Cash on delivery

    The Cash on Delivery (CoD) option is available only for the US customers.

    • CoD can be used as a payment method only for orders less than $1,000 USD;
    • Mighty Wings may charge a fee for the orders placed with CoD. However, for a limited promotional period, no fees will be charged on any COD orders;
    • Orders paid using CoD are billed in the U.S. dollars only.

    We expect our couriers to be treated properly and ask our customers to prepare order grand total in cash.

  2. Checkout with PayPal

    If you are having issues when checking out with PayPal - make sure to check:

    1. You bank allows your credit card to be used for internet purchases;
    2. You have verified your card in your PayPal account;
    3. You have confirmed the payment via SMS (if your CC requires a SMS verification).
